At vega-bouquet, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The return request is raised within 1 to 2 days of delivery
The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Sarees, blouses, kurtas, or dress materials bought during sale or discount
Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Customized or stitched products
Orders placed incorrectly by the customer (wrong size, color, or design chosen)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect items, subject to stock availability.
If the requested product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Return Shipping

For all other cases, return shipping must be borne by the customer

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible

Important Notes

Product colors may slightly vary due to lighting and screen settings
Handcrafted and woven fabrics may have minor irregularities, which are part of the product’s natural charm and not considered defects
